PROJECTION AFTER 03 MONTHS

 

Security evaluation conducted on 21 May 2012 and found some observation in terms of security aspects which must be mended as soon as possible.

 

As some problems may take some time to be fixed as such a sixth monthly module is hereby being created to bridge the deficiencies and make the security effective.

 

First Month Modular Improvement:

1.     By the end of June 2012, letter will be sent to the home address of all workers for Police Verification.

2.     Within the month of May  letters will be sent to the home address of all staffs for Police Verification.

3.     A proper system of retrieval of access control items from lefty workers.

4.     Intruder detection system will have to be developed in way whereby any intrusion can be detected.

5.     Background Check of all remaining workers and staff will be completed.

6.     Background Check of the forwarders will be conducted.

7.     Port Security will be evaluated.

8.     CCTV will be increased to include all production floors.

 

Second Month Modular Improvement

1.     By the end of July 2012, those of whom could not be verified with background checks will be completed.

2.     Employees orientation on all security matters will be completed.

3.     Perimeter security to be made more effective by enhancing number of security patrols.

4.     ISO Bolt Seal 17762 will be introduced for all shipment purpose.

5.     Background Check of all remaining workers and staff will be completed.

6.     Background Check of the forwarders will be conducted.

7.     Port Security will be evaluated.

8.     CCTV will be increased to include all production floors.

 

 

Third Month Modular Improvement

 

1.     By the end of August 2012, all remaining workers or staff whose background check couldn’t be completed will be complete.

2.     Car Parking Area to be extended and made bigger.

3.     Number of CCTV to be increased and all entry/exit points to be covered.

4.     Background check of contractors will be verified for correctness.

 

1.     Background check of all employees which could not be done will be completed.

2.     Further illumination arrangement will be done around the perimeter.

3.     A detailed assessment will be done to review the position of security standard then.
