The Code of
Business Ethics (Code) and our Code of Conduct for Personnel establish the
standards of ethical business behavior and personal conduct for the officers,
employees, directors, auditors and consultants, suppliers, or any other relevant
parties of our company. Instilling in each of our employees\suppliers or
relevant parties the highest standards of ethics and integrity is fundamental
to our continued success.
The intent of
this Code is to safeguard the Company’s tradition of strong moral and ethical
standards of conduct. Our company expects each employee/supplier or relevant
party to comply with all company policies and local laws and to adhere to the
principles outlined in the code.

It is our company policy that all personnel are
prohibited from receiving, offering, or soliciting a bribe, gift, entertainment,
favor, or gratuity of any sort.
Ø
It is not permissible to accept or offer any
gift of any product manufactured in the factory or unethical financial benefits
where personnel is providing a service or recruit suppliers or employees.
Ø
It is never permissible for personnel to ask for
or accept or offer a gift from any person associated with any organization. In
this context, “a gift” includes items with monetary value such as merchandise,
tickets vouchers, hotel accommodations, after-business-hours meats free meals,
airline upgrades, etc.
Ø
It is not permissible for any person to
accept or offer a gift of anything, even of minor value. Within the business
culture of some companies, it is customary to give visitors small promotional
items containing the company name or logo (i.e. pens, mugs, calendars, etc).
These items are intended for visitors. However, employees shall not accept or
offer promotional items or gifts, even of minor value.
All employees are
committed to maintaining company policy. If employees observe any unethical case,
corruption, or bribery issues, please contact directly to the director of the
company.
